vacation.

wow, did we play hard this vacation! we pretty much stayed put in pine river for the entirety of the holidays, and it was a real treat. we are now feeling blessed & refreshed...
some highlights: catching up with family & friends galore, playing in the new toyhouse nanna & poppa created underneath the stairs, caramel rolls & a variety of yummy dishes that don't normally grace our own table, ice fishing & skating, a girls' shopping trip, accomplishing the annual puzzle challenge, seeing rebe's growing belly, kj's morning routine of hopping into bed with nanna & poppa while mama slept in, singing rum-pum-pum-pum to no end, bowling at new year's eve, kj's first movie theater experience (in the vip room), snow finally arriving just in time for a white christmas, a double-date with old friends, and always having someone around to play with. ;)
